Job summary

RTX is seeking skilled technicians to set up and operate precision test equipment, troubleshoot electronics, and align components to meet strict tolerances. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.

You will use SAP and MRO tools while collaborating with engineers and technicians on repair projects. This onsite position requires a U.S. Person status and adherence to FAA-related safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a HS diploma or AA/AS with 2 years of relevant experience in electronics maintenance.
• Electronics maintenance education or experience is required.
• Experience with test equipment and troubleshooting electronics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision test equipment for alignment, troubleshooting and testing of electrical equipment and systems.
• Follow written procedures and demonstrate proper use of hand tools and measuring devices.
• Troubleshoot and test repair units and ensure product specs and tolerance levels are met.
• Align and adjust advanced electronic components on units using calibration procedures.
• Utilize SAP and other MRO computer programs; participate on project teams.
• Communicate with technicians, engineering, and leadership within the MRO.
