Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced 2nd shift Industrial Manufacturing Supervisor in Mason, OH to lead a machining-focused team in the aerospace/turbine sector.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and emphasizes an excellence culture, safety, and continuous improvement. The supervisor will direct Team Leads, Set-up Techs, Operators, and Machinists, while coordinating production planning for the shift.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in a manager role.
• 5+ years' CNC machining experience preferred.
• 2+ years leading 20+ direct reports preferred.
• Experience with complex/engineered product lines.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to root-cause and fix issues.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and schedule production for the 2nd shift.
• Lead teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Develop high-performing teams and collaborative work environment.
• Troubleshoot daily production issues and drive process improvements.
• Maintain department safety, processes, and housekeeping.
