RRD is seeking a skilled Press Operator for 2nd/3rd shifts to operate and maintain Man-Roland sheetfed presses, ensuring high print quality. The role supports multiple printing platforms with cross-training in flexographic work, emphasizing accurate color and efficient setup.

The position is full-time with benefits, and offers an additional $3.00/hour for the 3rd shift. Candidates should have solid experience in 4-color sheetfed printing and strong teamwork and attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating sheetfed presses (4-color 2/2) and maintaining print quality.
• Ability to read job specs and set up presses for optimal output.
• Knowledge of press capabilities to determine materials and settings.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on press equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain press equipment.
• Perform make-ready tasks: hang plates, install cylinders, check alignment.
• Ensure consistent color density and print quality across runs.
• Clean, lubricate, and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain good attendance and team collaboration.
