RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. The Press Operator position offers 12-hour day or night shifts with weekend rotation and an additional $3.00/hour for night shifts.

You will set up, adjust, operate and maintain multiple press units, perform make-ready tasks, and ensure color accuracy and image quality meet specifications. Responsibilities include cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs, plus training other staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of offset printing procedures, materials and safety requirements.
• Ability to read job specifications and determine press usage.
• Skill in precise control settings and routine maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain press equipment.
• Perform all make-ready tasks for the type of press operated.
• Make color corrections to meet quality specifications.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain press; perform minor repairs.
• Train other employees as needed.
