Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant equipment through repair, replacement, and renewal of components. The role includes keeping the maintenance shop clean, completing required documentation, and working within LEAN practices to improve processes.

You will troubleshoot electrical/robotics systems, monitor PLC programs, and perform preventive maintenance with accurate reporting. A valid forklift license and related licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 70% knowledge test or completion of approved apprenticeship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid forklift license and related lift licenses.

Responsibilities

• Follow health, safety and environmental practices and preventive measures.
• Troubleshoot electrical/robotics systems and PLC programs.
• Maintain hydraulic systems and perform component installation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document results.
• Drive forklift safely and complete operator checks each shift.
• Record work orders accurately in maintenance software.
• Support continuous improvement and participate in training.
