Job summary

Dauch Corporation in Mebane, NC, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to drive preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support continuous improvement across the plant.

The role includes training operators on basic maintenance, developing PM/PdM plans, and providing hands-on support for down equipment coverage while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Reading electrical schematics and wiring to prints.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and PLCs.
• Knowledge of NEC; AB PLCs and Kinetix drives preferred.
• Experience with PDm methods and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to support productivity and reliability.
• Develop and implement PM/PdM plans for production equipment.
• Train operators to perform autonomous maintenance tasks.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders and spares tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects such as Kaizen.
