Job summary

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Level 1 to perform maintenance and repairs on machines used in Injection Molding and Thermoforming processes. The role covers 2nd and 3rd shifts with differential pay.

You will work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and robotic systems, perform PM tasks, and train others to ensure safety and efficiency in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of maintenance experience on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, or robotics systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school certificate or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and machinery manuals.
• Read, write and understand English work orders and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools to maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and robotics components.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Communicate priorities and status with prior/oncoming shifts.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and record repairs.
• Train teammates on functions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized; follow safety guidelines.
