Job summary

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Level 1 to perform maintenance and repairs on machines in Injection Molding and Thermoforming processes. The role offers growth, a competitive pay rate starting at $23 per hour with shift differentials, and a strong benefits package.

You will work with a team to ensure efficient production and adherence to safety standards. Key duties include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and robotics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school certificate or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred, not required.
• Basic math, measuring and computer skills beneficial.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and machinery manuals.
• English reading/writing of work orders/instructions required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools to maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and/or robotics components.
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks.
• Communicate maintenance priorities and status with shifts.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and tasks.
• Operate a computer to log maintenance and repairs.
• Train team members and share best practices to improve efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies; maintain clean work area.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
