WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Warehouse Maintenance Technician – Level 2 to perform maintenance and repairs on machines used on the Injection Molding and Thermoforming production process. This is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team and benefit from a competitive compensation package.

The base hourly rate starts at $28 per hour or more, with a $1.00 per hour 2nd shift differential.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent in Industrial Maintenance Technology.
• Current Level 1 Maintenance Technician with Joliet Junior College certificates: EEAS 113, IMT 123, TMT 102.
• Certificates include EEAS 223, EEAS 225, EEAS 240.
• Basic math, measuring, and computer skills required.
• Team player with a good attitude and strong work ethic; dependable with excellent attendance.
• Must read, write, and understand work orders/instructions in English.
• Knowledge of maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and/or robotics systems.
• Ability to read machinery manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations; OSHA 10 Hours training preferred.
• High attention to detail to prevent accidents and quality issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Operate tools to perform maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and robotics components.
• Carry out assigned Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks.
• Communicate maintenance priorities and status updates between shifts.
• Conduct daily maintenance checks and tasks.
• Operate a computer to maintain maintenance data and repairs.
• Train team members on different functions of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly; maintain equipment.
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
