WeatherTech Direct in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Maintenance Technician – Level 1 to maintain and repair injection molding and thermoforming equipment. You will perform PM tasks, read blueprints, and collaborate across shifts while ensuring safety and quality.

You’ll join a team focused on reliability, meeting production needs, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment with ample learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years maintenance on mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical/robotics systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Trade school or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• English reading/writing required; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Operate hand and power tools to maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and robotics components.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and document work.
• Communicate priorities and status across shifts.
• Read blueprints and operate data entry for maintenance records.
• Train team members on tasks; ensure safety and quality.
