Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; vocational credentials in Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
At least three years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on facility assets and production lines.
Identify root causes of equipment malfunctions to maximize uptime.
Maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and automated systems.
Use manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics to guide repairs.
Assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of machinery.
Document all service activities and manage work orders in the CMMS.
Contribute to equipment improvements and process optimization.
