Job summary

Accelera in Milwaukee is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). You will repair, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of industrial systems to keep production running safely and at peak performance.

Use manuals and schematics, log work orders in CMMS, and follow Lockout/Tagout and safety protocols. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Proficiency in troubleshooting across multiple maintenance domains.
Familiarity with CMMS for recording work orders and maintenance tasks.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and lift up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

Identify and resolve malfunctions across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems.
Execute routine preventative maintenance to extend machinery life.
Minimize production interruptions by troubleshooting and repairing equipment failures.
Use manuals, schematics, and blueprints to guide repairs.
Log all completed work orders in the CMMS and maintain a clean, safe work area.
