United Parcel Service, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Automotive Technician to maintain a diverse fleet, including delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers.

You will diagnose and repair hydraulic brakes, electrical systems, and engine controls across diesel, gas, and alternative propulsion technologies in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have 5+ years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and be prepared for 2nd or 3rd shift work.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of heavy-duty automotive mechanic experience.
• Active driver’s license and willingness to work 2nd/3rd shift.
• Experience with diesel and gasoline engines; DOT inspection experience.

Responsabilidades

• Meets DOT requirements for the job assignment.
• Maintains delivery vehicles, tractors, and trailers from various manufacturers.
• Troubleshoots and repairs hydraulic brakes, electrical systems, and engine controls.
• Operates standard and manual transmissions and power tools.
• Works varying shifts and overtime as needed.
