You will work on 2nd or 3rd shifts, travel up to 10% occasionally, and receive paid training. A clean background, valid driver''s license and reliable transportation are required, along with 3–5 years of floor technician experience and a team-oriented, punctual work style.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a floor technician.
• Punctual, team-oriented, and dependable.
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Care for surfaces like carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
• Work as part of a team and occasionally travel (up to 10%).
