Job summary

SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is seeking a Floor Technician to join our team and care for commercial floors across client sites. This full-time role offers 2nd and 3rd shift schedules with paid training, PTO after 90 days, and comprehensive benefits.

You will work with carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood, follow safety protocols, and travel up to 10% with a team. A valid driver's license, 3–5 years of experience, reliability, punctuality and a clean background are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a floor technician.
• Punctual, team-oriented and dependable.
• Comfortable with physical work (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts.
• Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• A clean background is required for most client sites.

Responsibilities
