Job summary

Victaulic is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift Operators/Assemblers/Fork Truck Drivers at our Commerce Park facility in Lower Nazareth, PA. You will operate, monitor, and tend assembly machines, assemble parts, and perform material handling tasks on a production line, with occasional powder coating work and project support from supervision.

You must be able to lift 5–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift weights ranging from 5 to 50 pounds, with a typical lifting range of 5 to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to be stationary for at least 75% of the shift.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees and supervisors.
• Experience using a pallet jack.
• Experience working with automated equipment.
• Technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and tend to assembly machines, including clearing faults on automated machines.
• Assemble and disassemble parts using hand/power tools.
• Follow standard operating procedures to maintain consistent product quality.
• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles (PIVs).
• Pack, inspect, and prepare for shipment/transfer all products and/or materials.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping as required and assist supervision with material handling.
