Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Coating Process Technician for its Commerce Park facility in Lower Nazareth, PA. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting electrocoating and powder coating equipment under Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance supervision.

Overtime may be required as business needs dictate. The position requires hands-on maintenance of automated coating lines, data analysis for performance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of automated equipment and electro/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Understanding PM/TPM strategies and their relation to automation management.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to support daily production.
• Diagnose machinery issues and perform root cause analysis for improvements.
• Collect data to ensure machine performance and analyze for trends.
• Coordinate with Engineering to improve safety, efficiency, and capacity.
