Job summary

Victaulic is hiring a Coating Process Technician for our Commerce Park site in Nazareth, PA (2nd shift). You will maintain and troubleshoot electrocoating and powder coating equipment, train maintenance staff, and act as a key contact in the Paint department.

Responsibilities include data collection, root cause analysis, PM program support, and collaboration with Engineering to improve safety and efficiency. Overtime and shift differentials are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in the maintenance of automated equipment and its operation, including troubleshooting pneumatics and industrial controls.
• Basic understanding of mechanical processing equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, filtration, ovens).
• Ability to communicate equipment issues clearly to operations and maintenance management.
• Understanding of PM/TPM strategies related to industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair faulty electrical or mechanical equipment to support daily production.
• Diagnose machinery issues and perform root cause analysis for process improvements.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure machine performance remains high.
• Perform daily chemical analysis on liquid e-coat samples (pH, conductivity, solids).
• Support projects with Engineering to improve safety, efficiency, and capacity of equipment.
