Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a 2nd shift Coating Process Technician in Lower Nazareth, PA. You will maintain and troubleshoot electrocoating and powder coating machinery under Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance guidance.

This role trains Maintenance staff, serves as a key contact in Paint, and participates in safety, quality, and productivity initiatives. Overtime and shift differentials are available, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of automated equipment and electro/mechanical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of PM/TPM and industrial automation
• Ability to read technical instructions and drawings
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and/or mechanical equipment to support daily production
• Diagnose machinery issues and recommend improvements to reduce downtime
• Collect and analyze data to monitor machine performance
• Perform daily chemical analysis on liquid e-coat samples (pH, conductivity, solids)
• Collaborate with Engineering on projects to improve safety, efficiency and capacity
• Maintain PM program and CMMS data for asset history
• Manage spare parts inventories and repair histories
• Observe safety practices and wear PPE at all times
