Job summary

Victaulic is hiring for General Maintenance at Commerce Park, Lower Nazareth, PA. You will maintain and repair production machinery under direction from Operations, Engineering and Maintenance staff as part of the maintenance team.

The role focuses on timely troubleshooting of faulty electrical and mechanical equipment, collaboration with maintenance and engineering to analyze faults, and supporting a robust PM program to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to communicate equipment issues clearly to operations and maintenance staff.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Welding, machining, and fabrication experience a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial vision systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment (electrical and/or mechanical) to support daily production.
• Work with maintenance and engineering teams to perform root cause analysis of machine faults.
• Maintain effective communication between manufacturing personnel, supervisory staff, and management.
• Support the development and execution of a preventative maintenance program for consistent equipment performance.
• Interface with the CMMS system (eMaint) and document repair history.
