Qualifications

• Experience with heavy industrial equipment, ductwork, piping, or heat transfer.
• Willingness to commute within 45 minutes of Washington County, WI.

Responsibilities

• Design custom industrial equipment using 2D AutoCAD for client orders.
• Generate fabrication layouts, BOMs, and assembly schematics.
• Collaborate with shop floor supervisors, welders, and machinists.
• Create supporting 3D renderings as needed.
• Manage project lifecycles across core product lines.
• Refine legacy drawings to improve yield and reduce cycle times.
