Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)
• 3+ years of 2D AutoCAD drafting experience in a manufacturing environment
• US work authorization required
• Within a 45-minute drive of Washington County, WI

Responsibilities

• Design custom industrial equipment and thermal/environmental systems using 2D AutoCAD
• Create fabrication packages and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Work with shop floor fabricators, welders, and machinists to verify design feasibility
• Develop supporting 3D renderings as needed for design reviews
• Manage design projects across product lines and ensure performance requirements
• Refine legacy drawings to improve yield and reduce cycle times
