Job summary

Hunter Philips Executive Search is recruiting for a 275kV Lead Senior Authorised Person / HV Manager for a long-term offshore wind project in the USA. The role oversees HV Authorised Persons and coordinates HV activities across onshore control rooms and offshore assets.

Experience as a Lead SAP or HV Manager is required, with 275kV transmission experience. Offshore wind exposure is preferred, with strong LOTO/PTW/LOA know-how and safe systems discipline.

Qualifications

• Senior Authorised Person/Lead SAP or HV Manager experience required.
• 275kV or higher transmission voltage experience preferred.
• Strong control room and HV switching coordination background.
• Knowledge of LOTO, PTW, LOA and safe systems of work essential.
• Offshore wind experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Onshore transmission background considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead Senior Authorised Person across HV systems up to 275kV.
• Manage and coordinate the project’s team of HV Authorised Persons.
• Coordinate HV activities between onshore and offshore assets.
• Oversee LOTO, PTW, LOA and safe electrical documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and supervision for HV scope.
