Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Senior Structural / Transmission Line Engineer to lead complex 345kV+ projects, including rebuilds and greenfield lines, with HVDC possibilities. The role emphasizes technical ownership, mentorship, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

The candidate should have a PE preferred, a strong background in structural design of transmission steel structures, and experience with 3D analysis tools. Hybrid work is available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in civil/structural/related engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of directly related transmission line engineering experience.
• Proficiency in PLS-CADD is required; PLS-POLE is a plus.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead transmission line design and analysis on large‑scale projects (345kV+).
• Perform engineering calculations per codes and standards; ensure quality.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Coordinate across disciplines and support business development.
