Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking an Offshore Installation Lead (f/m/x) for Offshore Construction in the United States. You will supervise and guide teams to ensure safe, timely execution, reporting to the Head of Site Management and Installation Leads, and alignment with QA and EHS standards.

You bring extensive leadership in offshore environments, strong QA/EHS focus, and an electrical background. Willingness to travel internationally on a rotational basis, with a degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leader with experience in large international manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of EHS, QA systems, and safety standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assigned teams to ensure safe, timely, and compliant execution of work.
• Uphold EHS/QA systems and SGRE standards across all activities.
• Plan daily work, allocate resources, and coordinate with site teams and contractors.
• Ensure all personnel are trained and informed about EHS protocols and RAMS.
• Drive Lean workflows and continuously improve processes and documentation.
