Maxim Healthcare is seeking an in-home/nurse caregiver in Zion, IL to support a 20-year-old student with a tracheostomy and G-tube. The role includes daily nursing care and daily commuting to Laremont as needed, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license required for the state of practice.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for a 20-year-old student with tracheostomy and G-tube.
• Assist with transportation from Zion to Laremont and back.
• Ensure safety and mobility support throughout the day.

Job description

Salary: $ 40 – 45 / hour

Role Details:

20 year old Transition student who has a trach and G-tube. He is in a wheelchair as well. It would be a bus ride from his house in Zion to Laremont and back each day as well as caring for the student throughout the day.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN License for the state in which the nurse practices.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
