Job summary

Harvest Midstream, headquartered in Houston, is seeking an IT Support Supervisor to lead the Service Desk team and ensure high-quality end-user support across all locations. You will guide policy, deployment, and security, while coordinating with network and systems administrators to maintain a robust IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Six years of hands-on IT support experience with at least two years in a leadership role, preferably in oil and gas.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop and server OS, Office 365 suite, and remote support tools.
  • Experience deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting hardware/software and enterprise networks.
  • Strong Active Directory, security configurations, and telecom systems understanding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel ~20% annually to field offices for on-site support.

Responsibilities
