Job summary

Harvest Midstream is seeking an Operator for the Plant Control Board in Wyoming. Under supervision, you will monitor gas and liquid pipeline systems, control operations, and assist in troubleshooting under guidance.

You will keep logs, support maintenance, and help ensure safe, compliant plant performance. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical/associate degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years oil and gas, pipeline, plant operations or related experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; ability to obtain operator qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Review prior shift activities and logs to understand system conditions.
  • Monitor pipeline and plant operations through control systems and procedures.
  • Track pressures, temperatures, flow rates and equipment status; report abnormalities.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance and document equipment status.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain required documentation.
