Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
IAT Level II Certification (Security+) required.
Excellent communication skills ensuring effective information exchange across a multi-location enterprise.
Must be able to work a non-standard work week, weekends, and holidays; 12-hour shift work.
System administration experience on UNIX, Linux, and Windows platforms.

Responsibilities

Resolve IT hardware and software infrastructure issues using standard procedures.
Ensure hardware/software/system function aligns with specifications.
Troubleshoot IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage, and network connectivity.
Provide system administration and maintain security for assigned infrastructure.
Create and manage support tickets in a web-based ITSM/CRM platform; triage and escalate as needed.
Monitor and correlate system/network problems and coordinate with Tier 2 teams.
