Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Facility Manager to lead the vulnerable heart of our global infrastructure in Ohio.

You will oversee electrical and mechanical systems, manage 24x7 teams, and drive reliability, safety, and operational efficiency within mission-critical environments. The role requires extensive experience with data center infrastructure, including generators, switchgear, UPS, PDUs, CRAC units, chillers, and building automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical or mechanical experience.
• 5+ years in a managerial role with 8–10 direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical infrastructure.
• Oversee safety, security, availability, quality, and performance of the team across multiple shifts.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians and Facility Managers.
• Engage in improvement projects and drive them to completion.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to meet SLAs and manage the operations budget.
