Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a Field Operations Monitor to oversee saltwater disposal field locations, ensuring continuous operation, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will monitor equipment, respond to alerts, and coordinate with trucking for water deliveries while maintaining timely communications with stakeholders.

The role requires high school diploma and basic MS Office skills, with willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor field operations and ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Operate and monitor disposal systems; respond to alerts per SOPs.
• Coordinate with trucking for water delivery and shiftoverlaps to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Prepare reports for management and maintain clear written/verbal communications.
• Occasional travel and 12-hour shift rotations may be required.
