Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year in a control room setting.
• At least 1 year of oil and gas experience; valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Must work a 12‑hour rotating shift including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple facilities and pipelines from the control center using SCADA data.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing facility operations.
• Perform remote operations at facilities and pipelines, monitoring flows and pressures, starting/stopping pumps, opening/closing valves, and setting flow rates.
• Coordinate with other departments to execute schedules and plans safely and efficiently.
• Monitor performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Recognize emergencies and respond calmly to resolve issues.
• Provide troubleshooting support and field maintenance liaison with operators.
• Prepare operational reports and other documentation promptly.
• Follow all protocols and regulations accurately.
• Provide onsite field support as needed.
