Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a Field Technician-Water Solutions to perform routine and complex field tasks, including unloading fluids, equipment maintenance, and on-site duties at company facilities. The role emphasizes safety, data accuracy, and strong communication with clients and team members.

Ideal candidates will have at least six months in water-related oilfield services, knowledge of water project cycles, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must have six months of water-related oilfield services experience.
• Understanding of water-related projects including sourcing, pipelines, treatment and disposal.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Off-load a high volume of water trucks daily.
• Develop understanding of operation of all equipment on assigned routes or facilities.
• Measure and record volumes; ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain contact with coworkers and clients to ensure reliable Tallgrass infrastructure.
• Monitor compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance; communicate needs to supervision.
• Follow preventive maintenance plans and system integrity tests.
