Wind River Environmental LLC seeks a Wastewater Treatment Plant Supervisor to lead and coach a 24/7 operations team, ensuring safe, compliant plant performance and adherence to budget. You will collaborate with Engineering and management to implement policies, prepare reports for regulatory agencies, and drive continuous improvement in treatment processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering or environmental field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated supervisory experience directly managing a team of skilled tradespeople.
• Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coach employee performance and workflow.
• Plan, assign, and schedule operators to maintain wastewater treatment plant operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in budgeting and reporting.
• Interview and hire employees as needed.
• Maintain plant records and monitor performance data.
• Oversee maintenance and complex repairs of plant equipment.
• Provide facility tours as necessary.
