Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering or environmental field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated supervisory experience directly managing a team of skilled tradespeople.
• Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct operators to maintain wastewater treatment operations 24/7.
• Plan, assign, and schedule staff to meet goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Management on policies, reports and budgets.
• Oversee maintenance records and safety compliance.
