Job summary

Project Solutions, Inc. seeks a Certified Wastewater Treatment Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations in Sioux Falls, SD. You will manage operations staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance while adhering to safety standards.

This leadership role requires strong wastewater knowledge, on-site supervision, and coordination with regulators and client representatives to maintain optimal plant performance.

Qualifications

• South Dakota Wastewater Treatment Systems Operator Level II Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of wastewater treatment operations experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and laboratory testing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily wastewater treatment plant operations and staff activities.
• Monitor and optimize treatment processes for compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of pumps, motors, blowers, and SCADA systems.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for plant equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Lead staff training, coaching, and safety programs.
• Collaborate with PSI leadership, clients, vendors, and regulators.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies.
