Job summary

tastytrade provides essential 24-hour trading support and risk monitoring for customers during US market overnight hours and over the weekend. You will serve as the weekend-day, swing, or overnight presence for 24-hour-traded products such as futures, futures options, SPX index options, event contracts, and more.

This role features a 4-day work week with two 8-hour shifts during the week and two 12-hour shifts on weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold FINRA Series 7, 63, and 3 certifications.
• Willing to work overnight and weekend shifts.
• Strong ability to assess risk and monitor positions.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 trading support and order execution for overnight/weekend sessions.
• Monitor customer risk and margin exposures during US overnight hours.
• Resolve trade disputes and address order-entry issues promptly.
• Escalate critical risk situations to Margin & Risk teams with recommendations.
• Serve as the primary contact for urgent customer issues during shifts.
• Maintain situational awareness of overnight market conditions and activity.
