Qualifications

• 3+ years on an execution desk or related electronic trading desk.
• Strong understanding of electronic trading and market structure.
• Ability to monitor risk and escalate issues when needed.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working overnight from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. ET.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee execution of client orders in U.S. equities, futures and options.
• Continuously track market conditions, liquidity and platform performance.
• Analyze execution quality and trading performance; provide handoff summaries.
