Job summary

tastytrade is seeking a Trade Desk Representative to provide 24/7 trading support and risk monitoring for overnight and weekend sessions. You will serve as the primary contact for urgent issues and support customers across futures, futures options, SPX, and event contracts.

The role requires FINRA Series 7, 63, and 3 certifications, 3–5 years in a high-volume trading environment, and hands-on experience with options and futures.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63, and 3 certified.
• Minimum 3–5 years in high-volume customer service, trading operations, or a trade desk role.
• Hands-on experience with options, futures, and futures options trading.
• Prior Overnight/off-hours trading operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 trading support and risk monitoring for overnight/weekend sessions.
• Resolve trade disputes and address order-entry issues during non-day shifts.
• Analyze customer positions and identify potential risk.
• Communicate with self-directed investors to provide timely risk solutions.
• Monitor account risk exposures and margin requirements.
• Escalate critical risk situations to Margin and Risk teams.
• Document overnight incidents and prepare shift handoff reports.
• Collaborate with Margin & Risk, Compliance, Banking, and Engineering as needed.
