Job summary

tastytrade in the United States is seeking a Trade Desk Representative for 24/7 coverage. You will provide essential overnight trading support and monitor risk for US-market customers, including futures, SPX options, and other overnight instruments, during US market hours.

This role follows a 4-day pattern with two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour weekend shifts. You will handle urgent issues, guide customers, and work independently, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 3 certifications required.
• Experience providing 24/7 trading support and risk monitoring is essential.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for 24-hour and weekend-eligible instruments (futures, futures options, 24-hour stock trading, event contracts, index options).
• Resolve trade disputes and order-entry issues during overnight/weekend sessions.
• Analyze customer positions and assess potential risk; communicate with customers during risk events.
• Offer guidance on trading mechanics, margin requirements, and risk management practices.
• Escalate critical risk situations to Margin and Risk teams with clear analysis.
