Job summary

tastytrade is seeking a Concierge Agent for weekend and overnight coverage in Chicago. You will be the friendly, steady presence for customers while working toward FINRA licenses sponsored by the company, including SIE, 7, 63, and 3. The role combines client support with market‑savvy trading desk exposure.

Initially on-site at the West Loop office, the position may move to hybrid/remote depending on performance and experience. A strong communicator comfortable under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years customer service experience; financial services a plus but not required.
• Willing to work Wed–Sat or Thu–Sun weekend/overnight shifts for 2+ years.
• Genuine interest in markets, trading, and derivatives; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact via phone, chat, and email during weekend/overnight hours.
• Assist with account management and platform navigation across desktop, web, and mobile.
• Educate customers on platform features and order types; document interactions in Salesforce.
• Support ACH/wire transfers, withdrawals, ACATs, and crypto; resolve delays with Banking.
• Handle overnight withdrawal requests and margin-deficit escalations; respond to inquiries on futures.
• Enter orders, track trade status, and escalate complex execution matters; license-ready guidance later.
• Triaging urgent issues, coordinating with multiple teams, and contributing to process improvements.
• Complete sponsored FINRA licensing (SIE, 7, 63, 3) within 3–4 months; shadow licensed reps.
