Job summary

F5 is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II for our 24/7 Operations team in a hybrid capacity based in California. You will monitor production telemetry, triage incidents, and maintain platform availability across on‑prem RHEL, AWS GovCloud, and Kubernetes (EKS) with strict FedRAMP controls.

You will work with GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and Slack for incident response, patching, RBAC, and runbook development. Expect weekend rotations and active on-call duties as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on SRE/DevOps experience.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production telemetry across RHEL, EKS, and AWS GovCloud.
• Perform incident triage and root-cause analysis with log tools.
• Collaborate in Slack and runbooks for incident response.
• Manage deployments with GitLab CI/CD and GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Argo Workflows).
• Enforce FedRAMP/NIST controls and RBAC across environments.
