Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience in SRE/DevOps roles.
• Experience with FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, or related audits.
• Strong Linux, networking, and OS hardening skills.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, EKS, and GitOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• L3 on-call escalation & production support for the platform.
• Lead FedRAMP audits, evidence collection and compliance activities.
• Deep log troubleshooting using Elasticsearch & Kibana across hybrid/cloud environments.
• Design secure, resilient hybrid cloud and edge architectures.
• Manage IaC with Terraform and automated pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD.
• Maintain end-to-end observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
