Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub, based in Florida, is seeking a Shipping Manager to lead end-to-end shipping across Davie and Miami Gardens campuses. This on-site role drives 24/7 operations, develops SOPs, builds a high-performance team, and ensures strict regulatory compliance for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical shipments.

You will manage carrier relationships, implement KPIs and robust procedures, and stay hands-on on the floor during peak periods to maintain on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in shipping, distribution, or fulfillment operations.
• 3+ years in supervisory roles; supervisor-of-supervisors experience preferred.
• Experience running multi-location and 24/7 operations.
• Hands-on experience writing and implementing SOPs and defining KPI dashboards.
• Familiarity with FDA, DEA, DOT, HIPAA requirements and cold chain basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end shipping across two sites, including nights and weekends.
• Build and manage shift schedules, coverage plans, and escalation paths to ensure coverage.
• Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and process improvements across the operation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain cold chain integrity.
• Provide hands-on leadership on the shipping floor during peak volumes.
