Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center/answering service (preferably healthcare).
• Proficiency with Windows/Microsoft Word and common Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and process routine and emergency requests.
• Create work orders and dispatch appropriate response.
• Monitor alarms and coordinate with on-site staff and departments.
