Job summary

Tech Systems Inc. (TSi) seeks a Tier I Monitoring Specialist to oversee video surveillance, access control and alarm systems from the Buford office with some telecommuting. This role requires staying alert for threats, logging activities, and following SOPs to ensure safety and security.

You must work a 24/7 schedule, including weekends and holidays, with mandatory overtime as needed. Excellent communication and fast, accurate responses are essential to protect lives, property, and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates degree in Technical or Criminal Justice preferred.
• Experience with Security Operations Center or 911 Dispatch preferred.
• Strong computer skills and security surveillance experience.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor video surveillance, access control, CCTV and related systems.
• Respond to alarms per SOPs and dispatch authorities as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of work and communicate issues to management.
• Answer calls calmly and professionally while assisting clients.
• Provide timely, efficient, and courteous service to clients.
