Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• 2+ years of Amazon experience or 1+ year in security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, law enforcement, or related field.
• 1+ years using Microsoft Office, including Excel, in a professional capacity.
• Workplace incident mitigation, de-escalation and Business Continuity planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential investigations and prepare prompt written reports of theft, fraud, and critical incidents.
• Identify vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions while ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
• Serve as department liaison and security/crisis management expert for site leadership.
• Develop strategies for alarm reduction and diagnose system issues with internal and external partners.
• Travel up to 25% of the time for regional duties when applicable.
• This role covers 24/7 operations and requires night/weekend/holiday availability.
