Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience, or 1+ year in security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, law enforcement, or operations, or Loss Prevention Qualified Career Choice Graduate.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, in a professional capacity.
• Workplace incident mitigation or de-escalation and Business Continuity planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential investigations and prepare prompt written reports of theft, fraud, and critical incidents.
• Contribute to identification of vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions while ensuring compliance.
• Serve as department liaison and security/crisis management expert for site leadership.
• Develop strategies for alarm reduction and diagnose problematic devices with partners.
• Domestic regional travel up to 25% of the time when applicable.
• Work 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
