Job summary

Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort in Rhode Island is seeking a security officer to observe entrances and monitor safety throughout the property. The role requires vigilant guest surveillance, badge management, and responsive coordination with dispatch and sheriffs/EMS when needed.

Candidates should have strong English reading/writing skills, be at least 18 years old, and able to work overnight shifts. Prior customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and guest assistance across

Qualifications

• Rhode Island Driver Operator License preferred.
• Rhode Island Gaming License preferred.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Stand, walk, climb, carry, hear, bend and stoop.
• Follow directions and adhere to detail.
• Regular eye/hand coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe guests entering and departing the property.
• Check identification at entrances per RI law.
• Staff the Security Dispatch Center 24 hours a day with radios and cameras.
• Maintain CAD log for all calls for service.
• Staff the Badging/Destruction Room and manage badge logs.
• Create/modify C-Cure badges for staff, vendors, and visitors.
• Assist guests by providing information or directing to the right source.
• rove parking lots and assist with badge distribution when needed.
• Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to security immediately.
• No law enforcement powers; perform other duties as assigned.
