Job summary

Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort in Lincoln, RI is seeking a security professional to patrol the facility, observe guest flow, and protect property assets.

You will monitor entrances 24/7, manage the Security Dispatch Center, check IDs, operate CAD logs, badge issuance, and coordinate responses with Fire/EMS/Police.

The role involves rotating shifts, varying environments, guest service, and adherence to Rhode Island law; on-site work with a focus on safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategically posted at the facility’s three entrances 24 hours a day to observe guests entering and departing.
• Check identification of individuals entering Twin River in compliance with Rhode Island state law.
• Staff the Security Dispatch Center 24 hours a day, answer phones, monitor radios, surveillance, and coordinate responses with other departments.
• Maintain CAD (computer aided dispatch) logs for all calls for service.
• Staff the Card and Destruction Room 7 days a week, inspect and cancel cards/dices, and maintain all logs.
• Staff the Badging Office and create/modify C-Cure badges; monitor surveillance cameras in non-gaming areas.
• Possess extensive knowledge of Twin River Casino’s facilities.
• Assist guests by providing information and directing them to appropriate sources.
• May rove parking lots, valet, exterior areas, and issue temporary badges.
• Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to security immediately.
• Cannot act as current law enforcement security officers or assist with disturbances or arrests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
